Product Specialist- Inside Sales

In the role of Product Specialist- Inside Sales, you will be expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities described below:
Job duties include:
- Identify and qualify potential B2B leads through various channels
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition and address client needs.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients, understanding their specific requirements.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales deals.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and deal progress.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide valuable insights from client interactions to enhance product development and marketing strategies.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Stay up to date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Manage outside sales representatives
- Attend appropriate seminars and conferences as needed
- Travel with sales team to educate and train dealer network
