Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Responsible for assisting Airport/Airline customers with inquiries and other troubleshooting inquiries.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Qualifications
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Have a basic understanding of Customer Service responsibilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track solutions
- Good communication skills and friendly attitude
Work Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00AM to 2:30PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00PM-7:30AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 50 per week
