Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team on a one-year contract basis. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions. Your ability to gather and analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide insights will be essential to the success of our organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research, performing data analysis, and creating detailed reports. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions. Additionally, you will document findings, create process flowcharts, and participate in project planning and execution.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and a solid understanding of different business functions. You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
