High Diploma or equivalent, Valid Driver License, Punctuality.
Estimator - willing to learn estimating program and other office duties.
Painter - 5 year experience.
Painter Helper - no experience, but an eye for detail.
Porter / Helper - no experience - eye for detail.

When repeat repairs are presented, give special attention as needed to make sure the issue is corrected.
Keep to expense and revenue goals as budgeted.
