Production Technician


Job Details

Join our team in Boulder, Colorado as a Production Technician. In this role, you'll contribute to our high-sensitivity liquids particle counter manufacturing line. Your responsibilities will include testing, aligning, calibrating, and troubleshooting electronic, mechanical, and optical sub-assemblies and equipment. Additionally, you'll provide technical assistance, training, and problem-solving support to fellow team members.


Responsibilities:

  • Test, align, and calibrate high-sensitivity instruments and sub-assemblies
  • Troubleshoot and repair instruments
  • Provide process troubleshooting support
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Develop technical knowledge of products to assist other staff
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory information
  • Collaborate with Engineering on product changes and development
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for product improvement
  • Perform root cause analysis of nonconforming product


Qualifications:

  • Education in Electronics, Photonics, Laser optics, or similar
  • 2 years of related manufacturing experience (preferably five years)
  • Ability to read analog and digital circuit schematic diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
