Our client, a dynamic marketing research consulting firm with an impressive client roster is looking to add a Quantitative Research Team Lead to their expanding organization. This position will lead a team of quantitative researchers while remaining hands-on with research end-to-end and work closely with blue-chip clients across a range of industries.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an agile and growing team with a unique and innovative offering. Our client s offices are in Los Angeles, but they re open to remote candidates. Base salary is commensurate with experience and ranges from $155k-$170k.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
- 15-25 years experience in a primary research capacity within a research supplier or consultancy
- Expertise across a range of custom quantitative methodologies (i.e., segmentation, branding studies, positioning work, A&Us, tracking research, etc.)
- Familiarity with consumer and/or brand research is required
- Hands-on experience in the research lifecycle: proposals, designing questionnaires, programming, running banners and tabs, building reports and deliverables
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, while also remaining hands-on with research and client engagement
- Experience uncovering insights and developing actionable strategies for clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with SPSS or R preferred
- Advanced degree in research, psychology, statistics, math, or a related field
