Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, the role is accountable for the effective delivery of personal care services that support the day-to-day care and wellbeing of residents, ensuring lifestyle staff maintain a strong resident focus, delivering efficient and timely high-quality person-centered care.
The successful candidate will hold a Certificate 4 in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent, and medication endorsement, and will demonstrate:
- Strong service orientation with a focus on resident wellbeing
- Demonstrated ability to provide personal care to residents or clients.
- Effective leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills to engage, provide direction, resolve conflict, and provide advice/guidance to staff.
- Demonstrated capacity and proven experience to plan, organise and schedule activities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment in complex situation.
- Sound technical skills including familiarity with the use of clinical systems.
