Job Description:
Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Perform monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations.
Perform job costing analysis to track project profitability.
Maintain accurate records of fixed assets.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and file all necessary payroll tax forms and reports in a timely manner.
File monthly sales tax report.
File monthly Worker s Compensation report.
- Competence in using QuickBooks Desktop for financial transactions.
- Willingness to assist in other office departments if needed.
Qualifications:
- Accounting Degree with 2+ years experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial procedures and software, including QuickBooks Desktop.
- Shopify Plus and Microsoft applications.
- Avalara Sales Tax experience helpful.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to the needs of different office departments.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on previous experience.
Work Location:
- This position requires in-person work in Tavares, FL.
