Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join the 5-nanometer fab in north Phoenix, Arizona. As a supervisor you will not only lead and facilitate warehouse operation management, but also help us achieve fulfillment excellence through continuous improvement in automation warehouse design, robotic process automation, vendor management, and process improvement projects. You will be responsible to own the Warehouse Management Programs for material handling (receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and fulfilling); inventory management (quality and accuracy), and continuous process improvements. Your main responsibilities will be accounting for all material supplies; audits of goods received into the warehouse for quality and accuracy and troubleshoot problems. You will lead, train, and supervise the performance of your direct reports. You will route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles, schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups. Prepare and maintain records and logs and prepare reports as required. Operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required for the automated warehousing system.
Knowledge of AGV
Certified Forklift driver
College degree or be graduating in 2024 with a degree in Management, Operations, Supply chain, Logistics, or related fields
OR 3 yrs of experience in warehouse and 2 yrs in a warehouse supervisory role
Passion for warehouse logistics and knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods.
Experience in inventory management software, databases, familiarity with SAP, MS Office, refrigeration engineers, ASRS
Intermediate or higher proficiency in operating a work computer.
Good communication and listening skills.
Ability to self-motivate and work in a team environment.
