The Opportunity
Chief data architect is looking for talented lead ba-data analysts to help spearhead the building and implementation of a World Class analytics Platform. You will be tasked to take governance over sophisticated data mappings, movements and big data buildouts/analysis.
- Senior Business Requirements / Analysis. Meet with business stakeholders and function leads to hold work sessions, analyze current state, gather and document requirements for future state reporting and used interface.
- Significant experience in requirements gathering for user interface, reporting and data related projects.
- Significant experience in requirements facilitation and documentation.

Role Overview
- Traditional requirements management-systems analysis in dw environments
- Measures effectiveness of improvements through deep analysis of data on performance metrics striving for cost effective high quality improvements.
- Source Target Mapping
- Pulling and analyzing data
- Data Warehousing and Analytics , Reporting
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop specifications for data integration & movement that includes performing data analysis, identify data related issues and provide a suggested resolution, create source/target mappings and transformation, load and data cleansing rules
- Champion data quality. Investigate data quality issues and develop improvement plans. Maintain metadata and support the firm s metadata platform
- 4+ years experience SQL required
- Understanding of data movement (ETL)
- Knowledge and familiarity wi gathering requirements, analyzing data, data mapping, and report/database development is a plus
Ability to write mid-level complexity SQL code
