Senior Maintenance General Manager
Accurate Personnel is looking to bring on a skilled Maintenance General Manager at one of the top food distribution companies in the US! In this role, you will be overseeing everything to do with maintenance from staff to operations! You are a crucial part of the success of the DC!
Salary: Up to $110,000 / year based on experience - potential for yearly bonus!

**Travel is expected to be a part of this role
Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance services for all facilities
- Oversee start-up projects and travel needs for distribution centers
- Conduct inspections and diagnose problems
- Schedule routine maintenance and establish work priorities
- Supervise maintenance staff and ensure quality of work
- Perform other duties related to maintenance support as needed
Requirements:
- Availability outside of normal business hours
- Experience in general maintenance and repairs, including ammonia systems
- Minimum 3 years as Regional Maintenance Manager, GM experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and ammonia systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Demands:
- Lifting up to 30lbs
- Standing for extended periods
- Climbing stairs and walking
Work Environment:
- Distribution center environment with varying temperatures
