Idaho National Laboratory's Special Reactor Concepts Department is hiring a Program Manager for Defense Nuclear Energy Applications to lead their team! This position will work a 9x80 schedule with every other Friday off!Responsibilities Include:The Special Reactor Concepts (SPRC) organization is looking for an exceptional candidate to lead customer engagements with DoD on activities that support deployment of microreactors. In this role you will draft and execute a strategy that outlines the necessary partnerships and activities that will lead to deployment of DoD microreactors. Have significant experience within DoD related to nuclear energy activities including identifying needs, building the organizations, and developing the strategies that will lead to nuclear reactor deployments (specifically the Army). Lead the army microreactor strategy for operational energy and be a subject matter expert on all nuclear energy engagements with the Army. Support pursuit of new business opportunities related to DoD and national security microreactor applications. Minimum Requirements: PR0400: Bachelors and 10 years of experienceThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
