Marsh & McLennan Agency MMA Northeast (NJ) Process Analyst The Process Analyst is a subject matter expert who serves as a consultant, educator and facilitator in the areas of agency technology, implementation and workflow development. In this role you will drive the continuous improvement activities for MMA-NE across all business units, with an emphasis on Business Insurance Property & Casualty. In addition, you will work with business leaders to identify, plan and implement key initiatives designed to enhance quality, increase productivity and improve service levels by leveraging the right technology and standardizing processes across all offices, resulting in significant business improvement and client satisfaction. We will count on you to: Partner with other key personnel to develop and lead the onboarding process for new hires within Business Insurance, including but not limited to enhancing technology solutions and work flows and streamlining new hire processing. Assist with the ongoing evaluation of technology tools and rollouts and identify ways to increase utilization. Meet regularly with Business Insurance leaders to identify opportunities for training as well as process and workflow optimization Lead LEAN improvement initiatives, either with colleagues or alone, that consistently enhance MMA-NE service delivery. Demonstrated ability to implement agreed projects in an Agile methodology. Assist BI Regional Trainer to oversee and co-ordinate BI technology suite (currently Sagitta/Image Right) and workflow implementation training for all users, including enhancements, upgrades and quality issues. Cultivate a group of mentors in all locations who can help support the systems training function as well as other technology implementations. Participate on various national MMA committees relevant to systems, operations and training Effectively communicates in both oral and written format to internal and external customers. Present information using multiple delivery approaches that is organized, professional, and solution-focused. Promote open, honest, proactive two-way communication among participants and vendors. What we need you to have: High proficiency in collaboration tools, MS Excel & PowerPoint and creating executive presentations Lean Six Sigma Certification and demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and Agile implementations Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to collaborate with all levels of management across all units of the organization. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, including creating project plans and managing timelines and resources Strong analytical skills across numbers, process, product and cost-benefit. Strong facilitation capabilities and experience presenting information to diverse groups Flexibility to travel on occasion to client sites. Our organization is no exception. The applicable base salary range for this role is $69,200 to $147,600. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
