Implementation of the NAM PC strategy

Responsibilities Include:

  • Grow the Segment through Share Expansion, NPIs, New Applications, & Business Development. Execution of annual and long-term operating plans for the BPC - NAM(Revenue, Volume, Margin, NPI Vitality).
  • Execute short-range and long-range Strategy and Business Plans, ensuring that the segment has adequate visibility to market trends. Serves as a source of voice of the customer, marketing intelligence. Manage key external industry relationships that will allow the segment to position products optimally and develop new products.
  • Own the establishment and execution of direct selling account strategies, key account plans, and demand generation.
  • Lead and manage relationships with key accounts and major developers, consultants, and local trade associations. Work with NAM technical and West marketing team to execute the marketing promotion activity and regular engagement with key stakeholders involved in big projects and product specifications/regulations.
  • Develop, grow, and maintain robust SOPS target opportunities through the effective use of SalesForce.com to deliver and ensure a growth pipeline.
  • Anticipate, understand, and proactively manage customer needs in the competitive environment, and collaborate with global marketing, technology, and product management to launch NPIs.
  • Accurate sales forecast in line with ops plan and growth strategy.


Qualifications:

The following are required for the role
  • A strategic-minded business management professional with 8+ years of relevant personal care industry experience and a solid track record of leading growth through innovation in the specialty chemical Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or cosmetics-related field.
  • Travel - up to 50% and as required based on business needs


The following are preferred for this role
  • Strong background in distribution management, Key Account Management, and MNC relationships.
  • Experience in creating and executing annual and long-term plans that include market trend and share analysis and demonstrated profit growth and business expansion.

What We Offer:
Base Pay Range: $90,500.00 - $132,550.00

The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
