Hanson Bridgett's Real Estate + Environment Section is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate or Senior Counsel attorney to join the Real Estate Transactional Practice Group. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of demonstrated experience in real estate transactions on the Lender side. We seek candidates who are able to manage multiple deals simultaneously and who are highly proficient working with complex debt and equity financing structures, purchase and sale transaction documentation, as well as securitized lending, due diligence, managing title and survey review, and commercial leasing. HUD experience is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for advancement for the right candidate and training from seasoned finance law practitioners.

The preference is for the person filling this position to be based in Hanson Bridgett's Los Angeles office. We offer the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner from within California.

Ideal candidates will also have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
