As a Vascular Access Nurse, you will play a crucial role in inserting vascular access catheters and ensuring safe and efficient care for our patients. Your primary responsibility is inserting peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs), midlines and peripheral IV catheters, central line catheter care, and maintenance. Your advanced skills and knowledge will make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
As a Vascular Access Nurse, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists. Your role will involve providing education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand the importance of proper access care and empowering them to manage their health effectively.

Required Licensure, Certification, etc.:
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in Maryland
- Current BLS certification
- Current Maryland State driver's license
Work Experience:
- Mid-line and PICC placement experience preferred
- Minimum of two years hospital experience as a practicing nurse. (ICU or specialty unit preferred)
- Infusion nursing experience preferred
