About the Role:
The Sales Administrator will work in partnership with the entire sales team to drive and support process and systems to ensure successful department execution. Qualified candidates should be ready to take on multiple tasks and stay extremely organized. The ideal candidate is a team-player, willing to get their hands dirty, is passionate about helping people, and is a ready to join a fast-paced team!
The Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the sales organization with a vast variety of projects and customer support.
What you'll be doing:
- Organize, plan for (ensure we have product and packaging materials on hand) and execute sales sample shipments needed by the sales team
- Track sales shipments vs. budget
- Coordinate and execute product and packaging material shipment arrivals and unload boxes and organize product in storage
- Customer "swag" ordering & inventory management
- Shipping to giveaway partners (gifting, product for shoots) and influencers (seeding, gifting, personalized packages) and coordinating days they're home with them or their management. This sometimes involves buying product in stores first.
- Internal form orders for Marketing social posts and for team when needed
- Invoice deduction verification
- Travel planning assist
- Sales/Marketing 1-off requests
RequirementsWhat you'll bring: - 1-2 Years professional experience in a role supporting business operations
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Experience working within a budget
- Able to move between various tasks easily
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative problem solver with critical thinking skills
- Able to lift ~30lbs
- Reliable personal transportation

Benefits$20-$23 Per Hour*The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, relevant certifications, department equity, traning and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Harmless Harvest which includes comprehensive perks and health benefits.
