Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Records Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a legal records department, with a strong understanding of legal document management and storage practices.

    • Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic legal files
    • Ensure all documents are filed accurately and in a timely manner
    • Retrieve files as requested by legal staff
    • Assist with document scanning and indexing
    • Update and maintain the legal records database
    • Assist with records retention and destruction processes
    • Provide support to the legal records manager as needed
