As a Supportive Services Program Manager, you will provide support and oversight within the Supportive Services Department of CHN.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing supervision, coaching, and support to our Supportive Housing Coordinators
- Ensuring outcome measurement implementation, documentation, tracking, and efficacy to improve practice
- Determining a cadence for case review and monitoring of service delivery and effectiveness
- Providing oversight regarding resident support and the identification of needed service resources, coordinating and facilitating partner meetings
- Collaborating with internal and external partners and advocating when necessary to assist in housing retention
- Leading, motivating, and developing employees to successfully collaborate with internal and external service partners
- Making decisions regarding hiring, termination, training, and performance management
- Planning, leading, and executing department initiatives and budget in alignment with CHN's mission and goals
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in social services work, with at least 2 years in housing or community mental health setting. Master's degree in social work preferred.
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred, not required
- Expert knowledge of Housing First model and Trauma-Informed Care required
- Proficient demonstration of Harm reduction, self-determination, and unconditional positive regard philosophies
- Valid Ohio Driver's license and auto insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role
