As a Supportive Services Program Manager, you will provide support and oversight within the Supportive Services Department of CHN.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision, coaching, and support to our Supportive Housing Coordinators
  • Ensuring outcome measurement implementation, documentation, tracking, and efficacy to improve practice
  • Determining a cadence for case review and monitoring of service delivery and effectiveness
  • Providing oversight regarding resident support and the identification of needed service resources, coordinating and facilitating partner meetings
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners and advocating when necessary to assist in housing retention
  • Leading, motivating, and developing employees to successfully collaborate with internal and external service partners
  • Making decisions regarding hiring, termination, training, and performance management
  • Planning, leading, and executing department initiatives and budget in alignment with CHN's mission and goals


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in social services work, with at least 2 years in housing or community mental health setting. Master's degree in social work preferred.
  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) preferred, not required
  • Expert knowledge of Housing First model and Trauma-Informed Care required
  • Proficient demonstration of Harm reduction, self-determination, and unconditional positive regard philosophies
  • Valid Ohio Driver's license and auto insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products and ability to learn and adapt to changing technology utilized in role
