Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Regional Project Superintendent at SPEC Athletic, Inc. As a Regional Project Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sports surfacing projects in the Western Midwest region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO). You will coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, installation crews, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. This role is an on-site position, requiring site visits within the region for simultaneous projects.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills, Commercial Construction, and Quality Control experience
- Knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices
- Budgeting and project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the sports surfacing industry would be beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
