Compensation is an hourly rate plus a performance bonus. Members of the lot team are making between $15 and $17+ per hour.

**Responsibilities:**
* Work with our entire outside operation team to organize our lot for our weekly auction
* Assist customers as needed
* Verify all vehicles are marked and parked correctly
* Direct a crew of drivers on auction day
* Seasonal tasks as needed (Snow removal)
* Use of various equipment
* Other tasks as assigned
**Requirements:**
* Friendly and customer service focused
* Reliable
* Able to multi-task and work under pressure
* Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
* 18 years old with a valid drivers license is required
