Career Path
- Trainee Lube Technician
- Mission: Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status
- Timeline: 90 DaysTrainee Lube Technician may "graduate" to a Flat Rate Lube Technician prior to 90 days
- Compensation: $15/clock hour
- 40 clock hours = 40 X $15 = $515/week
- 50 clock hours = (40 X $15) + (10 X $22.50) = $825week
- Flat Rate Lube Technician
- Mission: 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop "maintenance" skillset
- Timeline: Indefinite
- Compensation: $16/flat rate hour
- 40 Flat Rate Hours (FRH) = $640/week
- 50 FRH = $800/week
- 60 FRH = $960/week
- Requirements for Apprentice Technician:
- > 1 State Certification
- Complete Manufacturer entry training level
- Quality work
- Timely/efficient process
- Apprentice Technician
- Mission: Hands-on experience with expert ASAP Line Technician and complete State and Manufacturer Certifications
- Timeline: 2 Year
- Compensation: $42,500 Salary
- Requirements for Line Technician:
- 4 ASE Certifications
- Quality Work
- Timely/Efficient Process
- Line Technician, Year 1
- Mission: Kick off an AWESOME career as an Al Serra Auto Plaza Technician
- Timeline: indefinite
- Compensation: $52,500
Responsibilities- Quality Control
- 100% Fixed Right First Time
- Execute Multi Point Inspection
- Clean and test drive vehicle
- Efficiency - perform repairs in a timely manner
- Ongoing Training (OEM + State Certifications)
