**Customer Support Systems Manager (Zendesk)**

at ClickUp Hybrid or Remote ClickUp is looking for a **Support Systems Manager** to join our **IT** team to lead the Support systems team. As part of our IT team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders from the customer support team to build and maintain new capabilities for the Customer Support organization. * Partner with customer support and support operations team to build a technology roadmap based on the business drivers and goals

* Own all aspects of support systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and launch

* Analyze the current process and make recommendations for improvement, implement and measure results

* Establish a framework to execute strategic projects and ongoing systems enhancements

* 6+ years of experience building systems and tools for a customer support organization

* Strong project management and business analysis experience

* 2+ years of experience managing a team

* Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud

* Prior experience working for a fast-paced company is highly desirable.

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field

* Positive problem solver who loves the challenge of advancing customer service beyond the status quo

* Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
