A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
As an HVAC Service Manager, you play an essential leadership role as you oversee the profitable operation of our HVAC service department. You recruit, hire, and train people who quickly become assets to your team. As someone who cares about the success of every employee, you ensure they have the support they need. You have a hands-on leadership style, and you're happy to ride along on service calls to provide guidance for technicians. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
- 2+ years of technical education or college OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of progressive responsibility in a related industry
