As aHome Health Aide, you will:

• Provide direct patient care and assistance in accordance with the Physician ordered plan of care
• Aid with daily living activities (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
• Recognize and report abnormal findings or changes in patient status

To qualify for aHome Health Aideposition with us, you will need:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but NOT required
• Completion of Interims Certified Home Health Aide Training Program
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a Clients condition
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
• Two (2) verifiable references
