**Qualifications:**
Knowledge of Construction Industry (Post Frame) helpful;
Commissioned Sales Experience helpful;
Must be a motivated Self-Starter;
Ability to think on your feet and take initiative;
Ability to work independently with little supervision or oversight;
College Degree in Construction related field or Marketing desired;
Valid Drivers License / Clean driving record
Excellent Communications and Organizational skills;
Great Customer Service skills;
