Their leadership role includes the following responsibilities: Ensure the community remains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance. Review the department's policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc. Maintain the facility by working on all applicable tasks. Perform any related tasks assigned by the Maintenance/Environmental Services Director, the Administrator or Regional Maintenance Director.
