SUMMARY:We are seeking a highly skilled Assembler with a minimum of 5 years of experience in assembling simple and complex components using nuts, bolts, rivets, hand tools, and power tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling parts or components to form completed units, ensuring high quality and adherence to safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Assemble parts or components according to blueprints, diagrams, or verbal/written instructions.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools (drills, impact drivers) proficiently.
  • Inspect finished assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot assembly or production issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.


REQUIRED COMPETENCY To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly work, specifically with nuts, bolts, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.


QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This is a defense product so the individual MUST be a citizen of USA.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
