Media baton rouge, Louisiana Minimum Experience **Mid-level** *Continuing education* *Healthcare Benefits including Dental & Vision* *Requirements:* *Media Buying experience* *Excellent written and oral communication skills* *Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills* *Time-management skills for logging hours for tasks* *The ability to work under pressure and tight timelines and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail, drive, and flexibility* *Ability to travel, if/when necessary, as needed* Conduct market research and analyze demographics, media usage, psychographics, and buying patterns to define target audiences and campaign requirements Coordinate with Account Manager and Creative Team to plan project tasks and deadlines, ensuring that deadlines are met for timely media placement Work with Account Manager and Creative Team to ensure all creative for media placements is fulfilled and organized for buys Maintain proficient working knowledge to utilize all appropriate media buying, researching, and planning software such as Strata, Nielsen, Arbitron, and others as well as various platforms and software for digital media buying *The role requires flexibility and ability to navigate ambiguity and deadlines under pressure and conflicting requests* Location baton rouge, Louisiana Minimum Experience Mid-level
