We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Installation and Service Technician who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about contributing to high-performing teams.
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Schedule: Up to 80% travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform correct installation of Rinsers, Inverters, and optional equipment utilizing techniques such as welding, drilling, and grinding.
- Ensure the proper installation of infeed and discharge sections to facilitate optimal can flow and accommodate size changeover requirements.
- Interpret and implement CAD drawings to meet precise specifications.
- Test can flow and calibration settings, troubleshoot to maintain line speed requirements.
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and customer-specific requirements during installations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; Associate degree is a plus.
- Passport - travel within North America
- Proven experience in fabrication and welding.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting CAD documents.
- Must own hand tools (other tools provided by the company).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness and legal authorization to travel extensively across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
- Forklift certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office are advantageous.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) capabilities are highly valued.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $33.00 based on experience.

- Full-time position with 8-hour shifts (overtime)
- Requires on-call availability and weekend work.
- Extensive travel is a fundamental part of this role.
