**Why You're Here**

**Warehouse Lead Second Shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM)**

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting his / her area supervisor in the training of qualified, competent and productive staff supporting the objective of providing exceptional service to our Consultants. This is accomplished by assigning work and work stations, training and instructing all new and current associates, check, evaluate and report quality and productivity data with supervisors direction. The Warehouse Lead acts as the functional department leader in the absence of the direct supervisor to ensure that productivity goals are met.

**What You'll Be Doing**

The Warehouse Lead will assist department supervisors in the daily activities of their assigned department. A Warehouse Lead can be assigned to any department within the scope of their functional abilities. Which can include:

**Pick/Pack/Ship/Replenishment**

* Help oversee pick/pack/ship/replenishment processes

* Coordinate staffing within department areas

* Pick/Pack orders as needed

* Load and create replenishments

* Wave orders through WMS system

* Interface with customer service on cancelled orders

**Receiving**

* Manage receipt of inbound freight

* Maintain appt schedule for all inbound freight

* Help coordinate staffing within department

* Unload inbound freight

* Receive all inbound freight

* Put away all incoming freight into storage bins

* Communicate with Transportation, outside carriers and supply chain

**Transfers**

* Coordinate preparation of all inter-org transfers

* Communicate with supply chain on transfers

* Help coordinate staffing within department

* Ensure all country specific requirements are followed

* Load all transfer pallets based on specific carrier requirements

* Knowledgeable on Haz shipping requirements

**Inventory Control**

* Manage Inventory Control desk

* Complete all system moves in timely manner

* Help coordinate staffing within department

* Manage and distribute daily cycle counts

* Help Research and Resolve inventory issues

* Distribute daily audits

* Manage and distribute inter-org transfer audits

* Supports the oversight of a small team

**Kitting**

* Manage all work orders to ensure they are completed on time

* Request product needed for work orders

* Close out work orders once completed

* Help coordinate staffing within department

* Manage team assignments

* Communicate with supply chain on set requirements and ETAs

We have several positions open! We currently have openings in Inventory Control, Packing & Quality Control, Picking & Kitting and Induction.

For Packing & Quality Control, the ideal candidate will have experience in general troubleshooting of equipment (i.e., printers, computers, etc. in an operations environment).

For Picking & Kitting, the ideal candidate will have experience generation replenishment and have experience with excel reporting.

For Induction, the ideal candidate will have experience in prioritizing orders and overseeing daily customer order fulfillment activities.

**What You Need**

*Education:*

* High School Diploma and / or 1-2 year of equivalent experience required

Experience/Skills:

* Shows initiative and is results-oriented.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and

* Demonstrates flexibility with deadlines and tasks.

* Ability to work in a team environment.

* Must have experience or be willing to learn to operate power equipment

* Demonstrate good problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

* Maintain high level of accuracy in all aspects of job function.

* Must be able to adapt to changes and memorize procedures.

* Ability to learn and utilize a variety of computer software programs.

* Experience in a high-volume pick/pack/ship operation preferred, but not required

* Working knowledge Microsoft Excel and Oracle or comparable WMS Bachelor's degree in journalism or marketing, or equivalent practical experience.

* Experience in editorial, marketing, or UX/UI writing.
