  • Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachses core values
  • 3-5 years general real estate/property manager experience
  • Experience with the preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • Must have Porperty Manager License issued in South Carolina


Responsibilities:

What you'll be doing:

  • Handling all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community, closing the deal, process all lease applications, verifications and notify prospective residents of their application status.
  • Schedule, coordinate and supervise all staff.
  • Implement property operating budget. Maintain and control property income and expenses. Complete required weekly, monthly and annual reports.
  • Oversee rent collection ensuring all rents and fees are billed and collected as well as making daily bank deposits.
  • Preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices.
  • Negotiates, develops and maintains service and capital contracts.
  • Perform regular property inspections.
  • Performs general office duties.
  • Maintains relationship with current resident base and delivers outstanding customer service.
