The main functions of this role are to develop and sell integrated (traditional and digital) advertising, and marketing campaigns to new and existing local and regional clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and smart cold calling, managing, and growing existing assigned accounts and budgets. We are specifically looking for customer-focused sales professionals who can identify client advertising needs, challenges, and opportunities. Then the ideal candidate will initiate, develop, and present customized solutions to meet the clients needs. cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service.Responsibilities:Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platformsDelivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close dealsManage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targetsWork with internal digital execution teams to layout client s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client s objectivesMaintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaignsQualifications:2+ years in B2B sales required.Experience in media sales, digital sales or sports sponsorship sales are preferredAbility to build strong relationships with local advertisersExperience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social-Media, Email Marketing, Radio, TV is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConsistent above budget performer.Exceptional communication skills with consultative / solutions selling experience.Team player focused on individual goal achievementProven record of exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI s.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation toolsLast date for consideration: Until filled.If you are looking for a terrific opportunity to join a cutting edge company, please apply online at mail or email your resume and cover letter to:Beasley Media Group, LLC2920 S.
