Join our team as the Sales Director for the I & I Sling business unit, driving profitable sales revenue growth across the Americas region! Reporting directly to the VP/GM I & I Sling, this pivotal role offers a dynamic opportunity to lead and excel in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Responsibilities include:


Developing and executing a comprehensive, market-focused sales strategy

Driving revenue and market share growth across targeted customer groups, channels, and geographies

Providing strategic leadership to leverage our diversified portfolio

Directing the sales team to maintain and increase sales volume and margin

Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction

Contributing to marketing plans and promoting product applications

Leading and developing a high-performing sales team

Reviewing and rewarding employees to ensure competitiveness and results attainment


We are seeking candidates with:


  • 10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience within industrial products
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and negotiating effectively
  • BS or BA in related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel domestically approximately 75% of the time
