Job Description:
Mind & Mobility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Per Diem Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in the Boca Raton area. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide both in-person and telehealth mental health services to our clients, ensuring they receive the support they need when and where they need it.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, including history, presenting issues, and treatment goals.
- Individualized Treatment: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Therapeutic Counseling: Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
- Crisis Intervention: Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in times of acute distress.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Telehealth Services: Conduct telehealth visits when appropriate, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.
- Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and rights, providing resources and referrals as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid LCSW licensure in the state of Florida.
- Experience in mental health assessment and treatment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
