Change Management Lead


Job Details

Change Manager role is responsible for leading the change efforts, including communication and training/performance support. This includes understanding the user impact of changing key business processes or interfaces and helping City employees as well as residents and businesses adapt. Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Develop, manage, and execute the Change Management project plan. Execute project plan activities and deliverables to meet desired objectives and deadlines, adhering to project scope, budgets, and resource planning.
Perform foundational analysis and develop change management and strategic communication plans. In addition, this role will develop and deliver training and performance support strategies and plans; including (but not limited to) the development of communication and/or training/performance support materials.
