**What Youll Do**

***This role is full-time located at Bells headquarters in Centennial, CO.***

As a Customer Care Specialist, you provide exceptional service to Bells customers by being the first point of contact for scheduling service requests, troubleshooting customer concerns, following up after a service or cancellation, responding to phone calls, emails, and live chat. You demonstrate a flexible, positive attitude and you are driven to take ownership of your customers experience with you.

You are a champion for customers service needs and keep Bells service technicians informed by entering accurate, detailed service order information into Bells service software system. You like building relationships and do not shy away from multi-tasking with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

* Prefer 3 years experience in a customer service environment

* High school diploma
