Job Purpose:

The primary objective is to devise, strategize, and execute a sales plan tailored to EADEM retail partners, ensuring the brand reaches its corporate net and retail sales targets. Building and maintaining robust relationships with both external partners and internal teams across various functions is vital for success across all distribution channels. The role also involves analyzing industry trends to devise strategic plans and maximize sales.


Can be based in SF/Bay Area or NYC


Job Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Lead strategic planning sessions at divisional, regional, and account-specific levels to align sales objectives with corporate goals and partner needs. Set priorities for field teams in line with brand objectives and negotiate stock levels with accounts. Regularly analyze market conditions to forecast volume trends and identify potential threats. Develop strategic Go To Market plans based on each account's needs to effectively increase market share.


  • Market Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the beauty/make-up industry, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities. Collaborate with the US marketing team and retail partners to drive business mix, new launch projections, and overall sales performance.


  • Account Management: Take ownership of building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, communicating strategies, resolving issues, and implementing brand plans effectively.


  • Coordinate and participate in market presentations, education webinars and tradeshows to discuss new launches, marketing and promotions and further understand the brand s performance.


  • Partner with retail accounts for planning and allocation of sampling programs and gratis to support key marketing initiatives.


  • Financial Management: Ensure budget integrity in achieving sales targets, allocating resources efficiently, and adhering to spending policies.


  • Organizational Development: Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing necessary training and support for individual growth.


  • Process Improvement: Continuously enhance operational processes to boost productivity and effectiveness in sales teams.


Job Requirements:

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and innovative thinker.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven track record in leading, motivating, and training sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in field sales, preferably in roles such as Director of Regional Sales, Key Accounts, or National Accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in team management and 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for growth.
