Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Produce documents in various digital formats as needed
- Various administrative and office tasks
- Customer service
- Able to multi-task in busy environment
- All other assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in Adobe, Excel
- Able to maintain professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Must have Administrative Assistant experience
- Quickbooks experience is a plus
