Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is a newly formed stand-alone division of Brunswick, the worlds largest recreational marine business. We are seeking an **Operations & Warranty Support Specialist**to join our team in Auburn, NH. This is a critical role that will help ensure operations run smoothly at this ASG/ProMariner location.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Maintain all inventory transactions and solve all problems that arise with inventory Manage enterprise client bulk returns and reconciliation in addition to consumer return authorizations Pick and ship product while maintaining Oracle accuracy Work with business unit leader to maintain enterprise client continuity, commitments, and resolve issues as needed. Work closely with other members of the Product Design center, Technical Support and laboratory team. Create and present analysis using business software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Oracle). Provide inbound call support to our Customer Care/Technical Service center. Ensure same day response to all customers inquiries Create and track cost tracking worksheets by Project Provide custom shipping labels to clients as required. Manage daily operations duties to include: organize and facilitate engineering document filing system, general sales and office support. Organize engineering drawings and documentation via the flat file system and the server shares. Maintain a clean office and manage office supply inventory. Ensure on-time completion of all expense / p-card reports. Track supplier invoices and certification requests / invoices. Train others as needed Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

**Qualifications:**

* 2 year Associates Degree in business or accounting, preferred

* Strong organizational skills.

* Ability to multi task and take direction.

* Ability to work well with others and overcome customer obstacles.

* Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook

* Good problem solving and visualization skills needed

* Individual must be self-motivated and have the desire to succeed.

* Must be able to work independently with little day-to-day direction

* Ability to be Consistent and Punctual

* Must Have a Valid Drivers License
