Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports to: Property Manager
Property Details: Hillcrest Green is a 96-unit multifamily tax credit development with a Playground, Picnic Area, and Laundry Facilities.

Essential Duties:
- Perform general punch requirements
- Basic service requests such as: Garbage disposal installation/repair, Basic water heater repair, Basic cleaning and resident services
- Repairing plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry
- Must possess adequate communication skills to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
Requirements- Position requires 1 year experience in Property Maintenance or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass a criminal background check
- EPA & HVAC Certification preferred
- On-call duty and weekend work schedules to be expected to emergency maintenance service
- Must be comfortable using a computer and a smartphone.
