** Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** Sheetz Corporate - Claysburg , PA
**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:**
Answer incoming calls from customers to answer inquiries, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)**
- Answer calls professionally and route calls to the appropriate resources.
- Respond to and follow up with customers in regard to inquiries & issues via telephone, email, or other methods of contact as necessary.
- Accurately and thoroughly document conversations with customers, placing emphasis on all necessary details pertaining to the issue.
- Research required information using available resources and technology.
- Maintain customer records by updating loyalty account information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Management.
- Assist employees and customers with accessing company websites and other applications.
- Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
**REQUIREMENTS:** *(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)*
**Education**
High School/GED required
**Experience**
1 year Customer Service Experience preferred
