Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound sales inquiries, including walk-in customers and web-generated leads.
- Answer technical questions and provide assistance to customers to build value in our services.
- Process payments and handle financing for customers as needed.
- Assist customers who wish to cancel appointments, with a focus on retaining their business.
- Schedule jobs for web-generated leads and ensure appointments are efficiently managed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inside sales, preferably in a technical or plumbing-related field.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical background preferred, with knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries with professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer systems and phone systems; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 4 PM.
