We produce and sell the highest quality indoor cannabis flower and extracted offerings (*Cloud Cover Cannabis*) at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and retail storefronts (*High Profile Cannabis Shop)* within communities across Michigan, Oregon, Missouri, and Massachusetts.

**We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to work closely with our Retail and Planning Team and Creative Services to strategize and manage the marketing of all retail specific programs.**

**In this role you will.**

* Identify and create comprehensive and innovative DTC, B2B and B2C strategies that build brand awareness and drives traffic to High Profile Cannabis shops.

* Collaborate with Retail, Planning, and Brand to maximize brand and revenue opportunities.

* In coordination with Planning, oversee and manage promotion calendars including but not limited to, planning, ensuring KPI targets are met, A/B testing and communication to Retail and consumers.

* Develop and foster relationships with local third-party vendors including but not limited to; medical offices, certification centers, nursing homes, senior centers, therapeutic groups, support groups, gyms, local businesses, organizations, and referral sources in coordination with store management team.

* Support and lead regional teams to concept, plan, and execute brand campaigns, pre-opening promotions, new store and acquired store openings, regional events, partnerships, retail activations and consumer brand experiences.

* Support retail stores in executing best-in-class experiences including trainings, optimizing vendor pop ups, education sessions, etc.

* Maintain continuous communication with key internal stakeholders for cross-functional alignment.

* Track and analyze key metrics and performance for consumer purchasing-cycle.

* Oversee RFPs from vendors, evaluate bids, negotiate and execute contracts.

* Map out and manage assigned market calendar and budget.

**Skills and experience you have...**

* 4-6 years of professional experience, Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.

* Experience managing an events team and outside vendors (exhibit houses, contractors, agencies)

* Proven ability to lead and project manage large and simultaneous projects

* Excellent budget management, tracking and reporting skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple, wide-reaching, and changing priorities.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence others.

* Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem solve.

* Proven ability to establish strong credibility and build relationships and operate in an environment of ambiguity.

* Strong results- orientation and commitment to quality, performance, and deliverables.

* Up to 50% Travel required throughout multiple cities and states. Regions will be modified as we continue to expand.

* Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
