Various work backgrounds and experience levels - no insurance experience necessary. Part Time or Full Time
Prior experience at a "captive" agency such as State Farm, Allstate, Farm Bureau, or Farmers is highly valued
Ability to work various schedules and be accessible to our clients after "normal business hours"
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with goals that will challenge you
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, positive attitude and competitive spirit

Give every client the best client service in the industry
Advise and educate clients on their risks and how to protect against the unexpected
Assist clients through the purchase process from start to finish
