We are looking for a Champion to lead our growing team at Eddy's Mazda of Lee's Summit. Eddy's Mazda is joining Super Car Guys (one of the highest volume pre-owned dealerships in Kansas). We are moving into the Kansas City market and offer unmatched opportunity for a Strong Leader to take the reigns and grow. This is a career opportunity for the right General Manager or even General Sales Manager looking for more. Please read the entire description before applying - this is NOT an entry level position.
**SUMMARY**
As part of the Eddy's Automotive Group (currently with 17 roof tops in 3 states), Eddy's Mazda is looking for a hands on proven leader that can "move the needle" on both volume and gross profit. The Mazda store recently completed a multi million dollar facility upgrade as we prepare to add more stores in the Kansas City metro area. This position could move to a Platform General Manager very quickly for the right individual. We aren't looking for someone to come in and re-invent the wheel; we ARE looking for someone that can work within our very succesful sales and service process, and who can make an IMPACT by training, developing, and growing people. Our Upper Management team has decades of experience and is in place to motivate, encourage, and support you to becoime the best General Manager you can be,

**COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL**
* This is a Base Plus a percentage of Net Profit (Commissioned) position with one of the most aggressive pay plans in the industry for the right individual. We will be happy to share the pay plan during your in-person confidential interview.
