Temporary Receptionist


Job Details

Our client, a law firm, is looking for a temporary Receptionist! This will be an ongoing temporary assignment with potential for permanent conversion down the line if the right fit.


Location: White Plains, NY

*Fully Onsite


Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm


Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and redirect calls
  • Serve as the first point of contact
  • Greet guests and issue office access cards
  • Accept deliveries and distribute mail
  • Assist staff at various levels with administrative duties
  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms/offices
  • Create and edit correspondence, files, and indexes
  • Assist with data entry support
  • Maintain clean reception area
  • Additional responsibilities as identified


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible and adaptable when procedures change, or urgent situations arise
  • Effective organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Resourceful with common sense and proven problem-solving skills
