**Hospice Sales Representative** - Highly competitive base salary & lucrative bonus. **Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience highly preferred. We will consider others with Long Term Care/SNF, Post Acute Care, Acute Care experience.** **Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are must haves!** **Responsibilities:**
* High energy, compassionate, sales and marketing professionals
* Promote our Hospice's unique programs and services by establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners that refer or may refer to hospice.

* **Local market knowledge, job stability and proven performance are a must**
* Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
* Familiarity with Contact Management software
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
* Stable work history, with proven, verifiable performance
**Experience**:
* Minimum: 3 years sales experience as outlined above (REQUIRED).
