Maintenance Coordinator


Job Details

Job Functions

Work collaboratively with Supervisors and Employees to maintain and repair TCBC facilities.

Coordinate and execute repair requests

Provide expertise on possible minor and major facility remodel and or additions

Manage TCBC owned equipment and inventory control

Manage and coordinate planned preventative maintenance

Prioritize open work orders to ensure completion in a timely manner

Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with electrical, ventilation, and other facility challenges to find plausible solutions

Update and maintain complete and accurate records for service work

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass background check

Subject to drug screen within 90 days of employment

Repair and maintenance experience required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Experience Preferred: HVAC, Electrical, Wastewater Treatment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Ability to work in high demand situations

Organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to stand, walk and be on feet for 8 to 10 hrs per day

Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel
