We have partnered with a locally owned, independent insurance agency to find a Front Office Coordinator to be a part of their agency team. This company has been in Bozeman for over half a century with a great reputation.
The position includes answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, greeting and assisting walk-in clients, scanning and delivering mail, receiving and distributing documents through Outlook email, working with our carrier partners to download documents and tracking/ordering office supplies. This position also assists employees who are remote or hybrid with in-office tasks.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of being reliable and dependable as well as someone who enjoys being part of a team and who works well with others.
Pay: $25-28/hour

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferable
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Able to multitask all while focusing on customer service
- Able to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
